If you already have an IT department, we're probably not the solution you are looking for.  But for the home user or small business, we can likely help you get things working again.   with a description of the issue(s) and we'll get back to you with an estimate shortly.  Note that I do NOT work on printers - it is usually cheaper to replace a printer than repair one.
